Basic home inspection fee for home up to 2000 sq. ft. $300.00*
Each additional sq.ft. over 2000 $.05
Condominium up to 1200 sq.ft. $200.00
Each additional sq. ft. over 1200 $.05
Radon Testing (48 hour) $150.00
Termite Inspection (FHA & VA loans) $75.00
(with home inspection) $25.00
*Other fees may apply for older homes, crawlspaces and additional features.
My pricing is very competitive and is based on age of home, square footage and other factors. Contact me for a firm price.
Out of town clients or those who prefer to pay with a credit, debit or bank account I can send you an invoice and you can pay through PayPal.
